Fourteen launches, led by KaneAI
I led go-to-market for 14 product launches across three buyer personas. The one I'm asked about most is KaneAI, an AI-native testing agent launched into a market that had already heard "AI-powered" ten thousand times.
- Launches include KaneAI PUBLIC, accessibility testing PUBLIC, SmartUI visual testing PUBLIC, HyperExecute test orchestration PUBLIC, agent-to-agent testing PUBLIC, and listings on the cloud marketplaces PUBLIC.
- Product Hunt: top-5 on the day for 8 of 11 launches, and #1 Product of the Day twice — the accessibility suite (24 Apr 2025) and Kane CLI (13 Aug 2026, also #3 of the week) PUBLIC.
- Open-source surface for the AI agent: kane-cli PUBLIC.
Two positioning traps we avoided with KaneAI
Positioning the model instead of the job. Nobody buys a language model; a QA lead buys fewer flaky tests and a shorter path from plain-English intent to a runnable test. The homepage leads with the job.
Promising autonomy we could not demo live. Every claim on the launch page had a recording behind it, and a public playground where a sceptic could try the agent without talking to sales.
Proof
- PUBLIC Launch posts: SmartUI SDK, HyperExecute MCP server, browser infrastructure for AI agents.
- PUBLIC Product Hunt launch history, with the rank on each launch day.
Every figure on this page carries a proof badge. PUBLIC links open for anyone; THIRD-PARTY corroborates direction from an independent source; STATED is internal analytics, quoted with its date, with a walkthrough available in conversation.
